HAMMER MATRIX PLUS is specially designed for high-performance wood bonding applications in door manufacturing. It offers excellent adhesion on a wide range of substrates such as wood, blockboard, MDF, Masonite, and particle board. Typical application areas include:
• Waterproof flush door construction
• Moulded white panel doors construction
• Wood lamination and assembly work
• Hollow and solid core flush doors
Suggestions for use:
Ensure all contact surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or other contaminants.
• Apply MATRIX PLUS uniformly on one or both surfaces using a brush, roller, or glue spreader.
• Assemble the components within 45–60 minutes of adhesive application.
• Place the assembled door under cold press for 3–4 hours to ensure proper bond development. • After removal from the press, allow the doors to rest for 24 hours for complete curing and maximum bond strength.
• Post-processing operations such as trimming and sanding should be carried out only after the curing period.

Precautions
MATRIX PLUS should be stored in sealed containers in a dry condition at temperatures between 10ºC and 35ºC.
The prolonged storage at higher temperatures may affect the product properties and possibly result in sedimentation or coagulation.
The emulsion must be protected from frost and from direct exposure to heat, sunlight, dust and moisture.
Close the containers properly after use.
Unfavorable storage conditions may cause risks of microbial contamination. Storage containers and storage areas should therefore be kept adequately clean.
Containers once opened should be used on a first in, first out basis.
Do not mix and blend MATRIX PLUS with other products as it can lead to incompatibility and other related problems. And in case, if MATRIX PLUS needs to be mixed and blended with other products, compatibility and storage stability must be assessed & tested.
To ensure safe storage of MATRIX PLUS, containers should be well sealed to prevent evaporation of water and the formation of skin on the surface, the technical properties of the emulsion may change as a result.
Skin formation, if any, should be removed before use.
Stir the content of the container well before use.
